Within the framework of the mission statement of °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÏÂעƽ̨, the College of Business Administration (CBA) aims to inculcate in the students, the philosophy of service to others, nurtured by the ideals of the Christian faith.  The college prepares them for responsible leadership in the fields of agriculture, commerce, industry, and even in government.

The college offers instruction and training in the generally accepted principles and practices of modern business in the disciplines of accounting, finance, operations, business economics, business analytics, office systems administration, human resource, and marketing.  Its accounting program explores the accounting concepts, principles, and practices in the effective accumulation, development, and communication of financial information for better-informed decisions for policymaking.

The finance program exposes the students to international and public finance theories, concepts, and practices in the management of financial data sets to design and formulate business ready strategies. The operations program centers on the sound structure development of the internal business processes that align with the economy’s rigorous demands brought about by the external competitive environment.

The business economics program examines all interactive forces and elements in the environment that allow and stimulate the flow of both monetary and non-monetary resources through sound fiscal and monetary policy-making in a multi-disciplinary concept.  The business analytics program is anchored on the theories, concepts, and practices that are evident in the 21^st-century environment to better deal with big data sets to prepare policymakers to create important business decisions.

The human resource program provides a deep understanding, communication, and management of the internal human capital of the organization to optimize the quality of output of the organization. The marketing program focuses on the communication of the organization’s values, goods, and services to the various preferences, desires, and demands of the environment that results in the improvement of the overall well-being of the economy and environment.

The college seeks to attain these objectives through a system of selective student admission, superior instruction anchored on a strong Christian orientation, and a high degree of attention to the individual needs of the students. The curricula are designed to be relevant to the demands of the environment and are abreast with the dynamic changes in various spheres of the environment. Important linkages in the surrounding communities locally, nationally, and internationally, have been strengthened to allow for the continuous development and sustainability of the quality of the college’s programs.  In turn, these will provide a sound opportunity for the students to be prepared to handle the realities they face in the business environment and relevant environments.
